Most of our products are made using 3D printing, so we may need a little time to prepare your order before it is ready to ship.
We aim to process and prepare orders within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
Orders are processed on weekdays. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the processing time.
We aim to ship or hand over your order within 5 business days of receiving it.
Delivery in Nairobi
For orders within Nairobi, we may use local delivery options such as:

- Bolt or Uber
- Other suitable local delivery providers
The delivery option will depend on your location and the size or nature of your order.
Delivery outside Nairobi
For customers in other parts of Kenya, we may use delivery providers such as:
- Easy Coach
- Guardian
- G4S
- Other suitable courier or transport providers
If our usual delivery options do not cover your area, you are welcome to suggest a courier or delivery provider you trust. We can confirm whether we can use them for your order.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are not included in the product price.
We do not offer free delivery.
The delivery cost depends on factors such as:

- The delivery distance
- The delivery provider
- The size of your order
- The delivery method available
Because of this, we do not have one fixed delivery fee for all orders.
We will confirm the delivery cost with you before your order is shipped or delivered.
Delivery timing
Delivery times depend on the delivery provider and your location.
Once your order is ready, we will let you know the available delivery option and any expected delivery timing.
For deliveries arranged through a third-party provider, delays caused by the provider are outside our direct control. We will still do our best to help you follow up.

Returns & Refunds

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you notice it. We will work with you to find the right solution.
7-day return period
You can contact us about a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
The seven-day period gives you time to receive, inspect and use your product normally so that you can identify any problems with it.
If you notice an issue during this period, please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
If there is a production problem
If your product has an error or defect caused during production, we will remake the product at no extra cost to you.
You will cover the cost of sending the replacement to you.
If the product can be fixed
Some problems may be fixable rather than requiring a completely new product.
If we can repair the product, we will fix it and return it to you at no additional repair or delivery cost.
You will cover the cost of sending the original product back to us.
The return delivery cost is not reimbursed.
If the product needs to be remade
If the issue cannot be fixed and the product needs to be remade, we will make a replacement at no extra cost.
You will cover the cost of returning the original product to us.
We will cover the delivery cost of the replacement.
Can I have used the product?
Yes.
We understand that some problems may only become clear once you start using the product. You do not need to leave the product completely unused in order to report a genuine issue.
Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem rather than continuing to use a product that may need attention.
Refunds
If a suitable replacement or repair is not possible, we will discuss the appropriate refund with you.
Refunds are considered based on the condition of the product, the issue reported, and the solution available.

The easiest way to reach us is through WhatsApp.
When contacting us, please send:
- Your name
- A short description of the problem
- A photo or video showing the issue, if possible
- A screenshot or other details that help us identify the product
